I side-eyed the news hard when I saw that it wasn't peer reviewed and that Novo Nordisk conducted the study themselves. The news I read also mentioned that this adds more pressure for medicaid and private insurers to cover these drugs. I don't doubt that getting these drugs covered is part of their playbook here too.
